TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) inclusive of any GST.
Refunds are given for the original value at time of purchase, excluding the shipping cost. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, valid for one year.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local Customs Office directly.
Orders made via Paypal may be refunded to the credit or debit card of your choice. Please note that the cardholder name must be identical to the name on the order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact email@example.com immediately.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. For all faulty items outside of our returns policy, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty or damaged item we will cover all postage costs.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Product prices are set when each collection is launched using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before you place an order with us, or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes by the recipient country. These are usually levied once the shipment reaches your country and you will be responsible for paying these charges.
We accept payment via PayPal, which allows you to pay using all major bankcards. You do not need to set up a PayPal account in order to complete your transaction.
All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify.
If you would like to pay by an alternative method not listed above, please contact email@example.com.
We require a signature as proof of delivery for all orders. We insure each purchase against theft and accidental damage during the time it is in transit to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
The product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
Once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
We are sorry that we are unable to advise the amount this may be as taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.
Please note taxes and duties are not applicable for Australian orders under $1000 AUD.

We accept all major credit card payments, Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal via a secure PayPal gateway. If for some unforeseen reason an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer within 2 days of the purchase date to discuss the possibility of a replacement style or a refund, any refund will be returned via the payment type originally purchased with.
All orders are subject to availability. Once you have made your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. If you do not receive an email acknowledging your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your order will only be complete when we send you an email to say your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to reject any orders if for example we do not get authorisation for payment, an item becomes unavailable or you reside in a country with certain shipping restrictions.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We insure all items until they are delivered to the address you have specified. A signature is required at delivery and thereafter responsibility for your goods is yours. If you are for example delivering to an address that is not your own for gift purposes, you accept that signature from the delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery. Delivery times are all estimated and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
